About the canteen

Located directly on the campus of the Technical University of Applied Sciences Brandenburg, the canteen's main attraction is the front-cooking-area. Our kitchen staff prepares fresh wok and grill dishes right before the eyes of our guests. The ingredients are steamed and grilled only shortly before serving, which enable the fresh and flavouring components to stand out. During the semester we additionally offer national and international dishes every day.

Like all our canteens, the Mensa Brandenburg offers one vegan and one vegetarian meal from Monday to Friday. Have you heard of our Veggie Wednesday yet? Every Wednesday, our meal options are strictly vegan and vegetarian.
