How to post your job offer

Current information on the publication of job vacancies

Our online job placement service is currently unavailable due to technical problems.

To enable you to publish your job vacancies, we have adapted the procedure as follows:

Are you interested in publishing a job advertisement for students?

We require the following information:

  • Type of work and type of employment (mini-job, working student, etc.)
  • Location of the job
  • Hourly wage
  • Time commitment
  • Any other important information for interested students
  • Contact details for sending applications

Please send the information to jobs[at]stwwb.de. We will publish the job vacancy on our website as soon as possible. Interested students will then receive the necessary contact details from us so that they can apply to you.

1. Register as recruiter
Please register online as a company via this online registration form.

2. Post job offer
After the completed registration you can post your job offer. The third gender must be taken into account when phrasing the job advertisement (m/f/d). Please note: The Studierendenwerk West:Brandenburg does not give a guarantee for success.

3. Receive a confirmation from us
As soon as we have received your job offer, we will let you know how long it is going to be online for. Making contact with the students is free of charge and possible at short notice.

4. Brief information about a successful application
As we want to keep our job portal up to date, it is important for us to know of successful applications. Therefore we kindly ask you to briefly inform us and we can remove your offer from the online portal.

5. What else you need to know
The employment agreement is concluded between you as an employer and the respective student. You as the employer and the student as the employee agree on the remuneration. On the basis of the public procurement directive of the state of Brandenburg we, as the Studierendenwerk West:Brandenburg, only promote jobs that are either remunerated according to the corresponding collective agreement or that pay at least the statutory minimum wage.
