About the canteen

As you enter the canteen, you immediately notice the combination of old building structure of the nineteen-thirties and modern architecture. The dining room, which received its current appearance a few years ago, is also modern. Conveniently located directly at the railway station Griebnitzsee, our canteen scores with the beautiful outside terrace, which is partly covered. Moreover, students can find a cafeteria and the coffee bar “Die Bohne” here, which offers various coffee specialities and snacks just a few steps away in the foyer of house 6.

Like all our canteens, the Mensa Griebnitzsee offers one vegan and one vegetarian meal from Monday to Friday. Have you heard of our Veggie Wednesday yet? Every Wednesday, our meal options are strictly vegan and vegetarian.
